Detailed Admission Process
At Al Ehsan Academy (AEA), we aim to make the admission process simple, transparent, and efficient. Follow the following steps to secure your child's place at AEA:
Application Form Collection
- You may visit the admission office or complete the application form by clicking this link: Google Form Link
- Application forms are available from 1st December 2025.
Submission of Application Form
- Fill up the application form with accurate details.
- Attach the required documents.
- Submit the application form to the admission office.
Assessment and Interview
- The assessment includes basic academic knowledge according to the applicant's age and previous academic class/grade.
- Parents and students may be required to attend to discuss expectations and suitability.
Admission Decision
- Successful applicants will receive an offer letter.
- Admission offers are based on the applicant's performance.
Fee Payment
- Upon receiving the offer letter, parents must pay the admission and tuition fees within the specified time to confirm enrollment.
- Payment options include online transfer, bank deposit, or cash at the office.
Orientation and Enrollment
- Newly admitted students and parents are invited to an orientation program to understand AEA's policies, curriculum, and facilities.
- Classes for the new session commence on 1st January 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Requirements
Playgroup: Minimum age should be 3.5 years old
Previous Education
For Class 1 and above, a Transfer Certificate or report card from the previous school is required
Language Proficiency
Applicants should have the ability to understand English and Bengali languages

Important Fee Information
๐ฐ 5% Advance Payment Waiver: Students who pay their entire annual tuition fees in advance receive a 5% waiver
๐ Scholarships Available: Extraordinary applicants for Class 3, 4, and 5 may apply for scholarships
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Sibling Facility: Students with siblings enrolled may avail sibling facilities as per Academy policy
๐ Payment Due Date: Tuition fees must be paid by the 10th of each month
โ ๏ธ Late Fees: Tk. 200 (if paid before month end) | Tk. 500 (if paid in following month)

Application Process (Summary)

Submit birth certificate, previous academic records, and passport-sized photographs

Student will take an age-appropriate assessment test (for grades 3 and above)
